Returns & Refunds policy:

Faulty Goods: You are entitled to return your order within 30 days if your item is faulty. The deadline for returning a faulty order is within 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of returning your faulty goods, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your intent and give clear details of the fault by e-mail: hello@earthenlore.co.uk. We can not accept any returns after this 30 days have expired.

Please note: Faulty is not defined as; you changed your mind, or no longer want it, seemed like a good idea at the time, I don't like it now, the colour doesn't match my colour scheme. These are reasons and not faults so you need to cancel the order by following the details below.

Canceling an Order: You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days. The deadline for canceling an order is within 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. The deadline for returning an order is within 14 days from the date you notified us of your intent to return.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days and returned within 14 days thereafter notification of return.

The goods are whole, complete with no parts or components missing in any way and in all the original packaging and this packaging and contents must be returned intact.

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over or are stated as non returnable. The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Please Be aware that some products are sealed when packaged, for example incense sticks, resins and loose herbs. This seal is to to protect the product, to ensure freshness and security. By breaking this seal you are degrading the packaging and seal and run the risk of voiding your protection to return as the original packaging is no longer intact or whole in original form it was received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for all the costs and risks of returning the goods to us.

You should send the goods to the following address: Earthen Lore 5 Thatcham Green S.O.T. ST33DL. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts: If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

If you choose to organise your own courier then you are responsible for the delivery and condition it arrives in. Proof of collection and condition of your parcel will be recorded before it leaves our premise.
